Bill Mutimer Summer Theatre Series
2025 Auditions

FAQ's:  please read before you audition...

  1. You must be able to rehearse during the day Tuesday - Sunday 9 am - 6 pm.  

  2. The only day off is Monday.  

  3. Tech rehearsals are 10 out of 12.  Meaning we rehearse for 10 hours (with a lunch and dinner break) in a 12 hour period.  You will then have a minimum of 8 hours before being called back again.

  4. Your commitment for one show is 4 weeks.  

  5. All roles have paid a stipend.

  6. Housing is available.  Transportation is not.

Local Auditions (16 years+): Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduled appointments are preferred and will be given priority.

  • Date: Saturday, March 15th (If NCC is closed for weather, the auditions will be moved. Snow date is Saturday, March 22nd, 12 pm - 4 pm)

  • Time: 11:00 - 5:00

  • Location:  Northampton Community College, 3835 Green Pond Rd, Kopecek Hall, Lipkin Theatre (2nd floor)

What to prepare:

  • 16 bars of a Broadway Song from 1940 - 1969

  • 16 bars of A Contemporary Broadway Song from 1985 - Present.

Bring sheet music. An accompanist will be provided.  NO ACAPELLA SINGING

Dance call backs:

  • Sunday, March 16th

  • Time: 1PM - 4PM

  • Location: Kopecek Hall--Lipkin Theatre

Out of Town Auditions (16 years+): 

Interested in being a part of NCC's Summer Theatre and cannot attend any in-person Auditions? Prepare and submit the following by March 16th, 2025. Fill out this application and submit HERE.

  • 32 bars of a Broadway song 1940-1969

  • 32 bars of a contemporary Broadway song 1985-Present

  • A one-minute contemporary monologue

  • A dance reel--if you have one
